His music is characterized by corridos, with urban music, trap, and reggaeton elements.
His father is of Lebanese descent. His mother’s family is from Badiraguato, Sinaloa. He was raised in Guadalajara, and also attended high school in San Antonio, Texas. His stage name means “featherweight,” referring to the boxing division.
